Our swim instructors use a unique approach to teaching water safety by encouraging kids to say "Swim Please" before entering the pool and leaving the steps. This helps reinforce the importance of asking for permission and enhances their understanding of water safety. Our features include a fun and gentle approach to teaching water safety, small/individual class sizes for personalized attention, and a zen backyard for parents to relax while their kids swim. Our Instructors

Meet our staff at Swim Please Adacemy!

Coach Katey

Hi, I am Coach Katey! I am an experienced swim instructor who has been teaching swim lessons for over 8 years. Born and raised in California, I have always had a love for water and being outdoors. I swam competitively in high school and even competed in the Junior Olympics! Throughout the years I have developed a passion for teaching children how to swim. Now, as a mother myself, I feel an even stronger need to share my knowledge and expertise with the children in my community. My daughter will be joining me as my assistant in the parent and me lessons, and together we can't wait to meet all of you!

Coach Lillie

Hi, my name is Coach Lillie! Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, I absolutely love the water. I have been playing water polo and swimming competitively for the past 8 years at Rose Bowl Water Polo Club and my high school team. I have even competed in Junior Olympics for the past 6 years with my team earning 4th in the nation in 2022! I plan to continue my water polo career as a D1 student-athlete at UC Davis while pursuing a major in mechanical engineering. I love teaching swim lessons because it allows me to share my passion for the water with others in a safe way. I look forward to working with you soon!

Coach David

Hi! My name is David. I was born in Mexico City and relocated to California six years ago. This fall, I will be attending IU Bloomington as a direct admit to the Kelley School of Business. Currently, I also work as a Senior Manager for a lifeguard company, where I am responsible for the Communications and Company Affairs department. As an instructor, I have a passion for working with children and sharing my knowledge of the water with them. I am excited to meet my students soon!
